BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENTS - 3 EASY STEPS

STEP 1: Call (587) 287 - 6010 or EMAIL our office:

• with a request for an appointment with a suggested time and date; 

• enclosing the documents you need to have signed.

STEP 2: Receive an agreed upon appointment time. Same day, next day, holidays, weekend and evening appointment are available.

STEP 3: Attend our office (located at 1100 8th Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta, Canada T2P 3T9) with:

• a copy of the document you want us to commission (fully completed but NOT signed) OR in the case where you are seeking Certified Copies of Original documents, the actual original documents to be copied and certified;

• two unexpired Canadian / Provincial issued pieces of identification with at least one being photo identification (Driver's License, Canadian Passport, Alberta Identification Card, Firearms Acquisition / Possession Card, Alberta Health Care Card); and

• a WITNESS (If your document requires a witness and a witness is not available. Please contact our office to address this as after hours witnesses are not guaranteed).

Steps 1, 2 and 3 still require the information of the intervention of our office, the Downtown Notary Public and Commissioner for Oath.  

Thereafter Step 4 Applies:

• Pay your payment to Alberta eServices: https://eservices.alberta.ca/certificates-of-authentication.html

• Mail your documents and payment receipt along with your Apostille Request Form, your Notarized documents and eService proof of payment.  Include your prepay waybill or Priority Courier or Xpress envelope with return mailing address.  If you do not do this, the Government of Alberta will mail your documents via Canada Post.  You must still include a return self addressed envelope when you send your documents. 

• Allow 7 business days for processing; and

• Wait for the Alberta Government to return your documents
