OUR BASE FEE starts at $45 plus GST for first signature PLUS $10 plus GST for each additional signature provided during the same meeting.  For the base fees to apply the signing must occur at our downtown Calgary office between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Additional charges may apply to rush signings, signings during multiple meeting times or dates, holidays, weekends, after hour service requests and for services noted below.  Please email us for a precise quote.

PAYMENT TERMS: e-transfer / bank transfer or cash. The fees are due and payable on or before the time services are provided.

ADDITIONAL FEES APPLY TO all services where we act as agents for others, and where legal advice or verification is involved and includes but is not limited to the following:

• • Alberta Real Estate documents & out of Province / Out of Country Real estate & estate documents; 

  • Quit Claims;

  • Out of Country Powers of Attorney;

  • Declarations in Lieu of Guarantor for a passport (PPTC 132); 

  • Certain professional group verifications;

  • Certified Identity Confirmations;

  • Dower Consent & Release of Dower Rights;

  • Personal Guarantees ($140 plus GST);

  • Share purchase Agreements;

  • Releases (no legal advice will be provided);

  • Party Wall Agreements;

  • Documents which require that we provide a witness (additional charges apply);

  • The preparation of any documents;

  • Notarization with a Certificate of authentication to confirm the Notary Public's status, signature and seal.
